After Dark: Naughty or Nice?
Feeling naughty or nice? Maybe a little bit of both? Join us for a night to explore slow burning teases and steamy peel offs designed to tap into our naughtiest most uninhibited sensual energy.
Closed for Winter Break
The studio will be closed December 22 - Jan 2 so the staff (and students) can take this time to rest, recharge and enjoy time with their families.
There will be no classes running.
Email will be monitored during this time, but not closely. Please do not expect a speedy response.
For current students, we recommend utilizing any passes that may expire during this time frame. If passes cannot be used, please reach out and we will add an extension to them for you.

Glow Yoga
An opportunity to reconnect with your body, breath, and sensuality with a glow in the dark twist!
Weaving sensual touches into traditional yoga flows, accessible for all skill levels and bodies, you'll be able to slow down and lean into mindful movements and transitions. These slow holds will allow for introspection and build resilience on and off the mat.
Class will end with sound healing.
Opportunities and encouragement for sensual self touch with be offered throughout class.
This class will leave you feeling more expansive, sexy and free in your body.
Class will be guided by Ray(Rachel) Lechoki, a certified Yoga instructor since 2013. Ray is also a local artist and practitioner herself who desires to help others wake up to their inner greatness and feel luscious in their bodies.

Join Andrea for this special sensual workshop focused on tapping into all the juicy erotic energy of the sacral chakra. The sacral chakra is located in the pelvic/hip area and associated with creative energy, sexuality and pleasure.
