ABOUT THE CATALYST IMMERSION SERIES:

Catalyst Immersion is not a hardcore pole fitness class. It’s a beautiful blend of pole dance, slinky floor work, and sensual movement, where the focus is on self-exploration and reconnection.

Our curriculum is thoughtfully curated to be a nurturing experience where you can let go, have fun, and discover the joy and freedom of reconnecting with your body-just for you, one movement at a time.

Everyone works at their own pace and comfort level, getting plenty of personal attention and encouragement every step of the way.

- COME AS YOUR BEAUTIFUL SELF! No experience needed! We’ve got you!

During this series, you will:

✨ Learn pole tricks and technique - but most importantly, you’ll get the tools to explore your sensuality
and learn how to move intuitively.

✨ Meet a different version of you that we get a feeling you may fall in love with!

✨ Share the experience with a like-minded group.

FAQS

  • Absolutely not! You come to pole class and get stronger and more flexible as you progress. Nobody begins pole dancing because they're already great pole dancers. It's a journey, not a sprint, that's one of the things that's so great about it!

  • Wear comfortable athletic clothing (tank tops, leggings, etc.). For your first intro class shorts aren’t necessary, but you are welcome to bring a pair. For all pole classes Level 0.5 and up you will need pole shorts. Please refrain from using lotions or oils on your skin prior to class and remove any jewelry which could damage the pole. We have yoga mats for warm-ups at the studio, but you're welcome to bring your own if you prefer.

  • Yes, we do. We cap our pole classes at 10 students and never have more than 2 students to a pole. Pole sharing is an amazing way to accelerate your pole dancing journey as you get to learn by watching and connect with others. All students get personal attention during pole classes.

  • No, all students need to pre-register for class on our Mindbody app. Classes are capped at a certain number of students for your safety and comfort, and we do not offer single drop-in classes.

  • Nope! They're optional, with the exception of a heels-based class. If you need heels, it will say so in the class description. Heels are welcome in all leveled pole classes too. Heels must be platform style designed for pole dance such as Pleasers. (Pleaser shoes are available for sale at the studio - stop by the front desk to ask about our Pleaser pre-sale orders.)

  • No no no no no no no no no! One of the most beautiful things about pole dancing is the diversity of people who pole dance. You can go online and find pole dancers of all shapes, sizes, genders, and ages. Everyone is welcome here at the studio.

  • They don't! They have been professionally installed and have held 3-5 people at once. They're very secure.

  • This is the #1 question we get about the catalyst immersion beginner series. Our Immersion experience is crafted exclusively for beginners. We all know trying something new can leave us feeling anxious. You will be in class with only beginner students like yourself. We also believe in easing into something new, not trying to squeeze a ton of beginner skills into an hour which can leave you feeling frustrated-we don't want that for you. If you're looking for a one-time fun activity for you and your friends, visit our party page and book a pole party.

  • Yes, you must be 21+ to register. The ages of our students range from the early 20s to 50s-in case you were wondering if you're too old, you're not! 😉
