This special beginners workshop is designed for those who want to explore their authentic sensuality without the pressure of performance.

Here, it’s not about what looks sexy to others—it’s about discovering what feels sexy to you.

We’ll begin with a grounding, sensual, somatic-based warm-up to help you connect with your body and settle into the moment. From there, you’ll be guided through intuitive movement prompts that encourage you to trust your body and let it move in ways that feel natural and nourishing.

Whether you’re taking your first step or simply looking for a safe space to explore, Ignite is your invitation to gently immerse yourself in the power of your own sensuality.

This is not a pole dance technique class—no experience is required, and all levels are welcome. Just bring on open heart and open mind. 

What to wear: Anything that allows for comfort and ease of movement. Layers are always recommended. Please bring a pair of socks. If you have Pleaser type pole heels you are welcome to bring them, but heels are not required for this class nor will they be used for the entirety of this workshop.
