All beginners start with our signature Immersion Intro Series - think of it like a way to sample everything we do here. You will cover pole fundamentals AND get a taste of floorwork and embodied sensual movement. Above all, we’ll give you the tools to start finding the freedom to move intuitively, in a way that feels delicious and right for you. And yes it might feel awkward at first! That’s ok, it’s part of the fun-no judgment here.
