FAQ

Do I need to be strong and/or flexible to start pole?
Absolutely not! You come to pole class and get stronger and more flexible as you progress. Nobody begins pole dancing because they're already great pole dancers. It's a journey not a sprint-that's one of the things that's so great about it!

What do I need to bring to my first class?
Wear comfortable athletic clothing (tank tops, leggings, etc) and bring a pair of shorts to provide skin contact with your legs and the pole. If you're coming to an intro class or private party you're welcome to wear leggings or pants that can be pulled up to the knee. Please refrain from using lotions or oils on your skin prior to class

Do you share poles?
Yes we do. We cap our classes at 8 students and never have more than 2 to a pole.

Can I show up and drop in without signing up?
No, all students need to register before class. Classes are capped at a certain number of students and we do not offer single drop in classes.

Do I need to wear heels?
Nope! They're optional with the exception of a heels based class. If you need heels it will say so in the class description. Heels are welcome in all leveled pole classes too. Heels must be platform style designed for pole dance such as Pleasers.

Am I too old, out of shape, heavy, etc to pole?
No no no no no no no no no. One of the most beautiful things about pole is the diversity of people who pole. You can go online and find pole dancers of all shapes, sizes, genders, and ages.

Do your poles have a weight limit?
They don't! They have been professionally installed and have held 3-5 average sized people at once. They're secure.

What's the parking situation?
It's plentiful and free! We may have the best parking situation in the city. Please be mindful of regulatory signs.
