Private LessonsOne on one training with your favorite instructors. Privates are a great compliment to your group classes if you're looking to improve on specific skills. Group Class Descriptions
INTRO SERIES Our signature 3 week Intro Series was specially designed for those with little to no pole experience. Each week builds off the last as you learn true beginner level pole skills and floor work. You will build a solid foundation for our level 1 classes and get some pro tips and surprises along the way. Skills taught are accessible for all fitness levels and body types. No stress, no pressure, learn at your own pace. You will be amazed at what you can do from day one! |
Leve 1-POLE NOVICE In this class, you’ll learn foundational skills of maneuvering with elegance around the pole and begin developing comfort moving vertically upon it. You’ll learn techniques to make all your movements efficient while building strength, acquiring movement quality and style, and having a great time. Prerequisite: none, but our Intro Series is highly recommended for those with no prior experience. |
Level 2-POLE INITIATE Now that you know your way around the pole, more aerial pole skills are going to be added to your skill set. In this class you will acquire techniques to turn yourself upside down in a variety of ways and techniques to find security in a variety of inverted holds at varying heights on the pole. Now is the time to being integrating “tricks” into your dance.Prerequisite: must be able to invert from the floor and climb the pole. |
Level 3-POLE ADEPT Having acquired methods to turn upside-down and a number of inverted holds, this class will focus on constructing combinations between poses and introduce more difficult holds. Material covered in this class may include “repel” moves, drops, tumbles, and skills which rely on greater range of motion in the spine, hips, and shoulders. Get ready to challenge your mind and body in a new way! Prerequisite: must be able to execute and aerial shoulder mount. |
Level 4-POLE PROFESSIONAL The time is now to take the limits off yourself and strive toward your personal best! You will learn some of the same skills that your favorite professional pole dancers have performed in their competitive routines, while refining and perfecting skills from previous classes and pairing them with dance elements. Expect to learn planche variations, aerial contorted poses, and transitions involving ballistic motions which will expand your faith in your body’s potential. |
SPIN POLE
Learn the secrets to controlling your rotation on the spinning pole, and try some of your skills from previous pole classes on a moving apparatus.

FLEXIBILITY These classes are intended to improve your body’s range of motion using deep, focused stretches and restorative movements, whether for dance, health, or just for fun. We currently offer separate classes for splits and back flexibility. |
CHOREOGRAPHY Each week you will learn a new choreographed dance routine. All students in our Leveled pole classes and those with prior experience elsewhere are welcome. We currently offer contemporary and exotic choreography. Please visit our schedule to check current class requirements. |
FULL-BODY MOBILITY Explore and push the limits of your range of motion. This class includes active and static deep stretching for the whole body along with a joint-stabilising and dynamic flexibility work-out. This class will present a challenge appropriate for persons with limited stretching experience as well as those currently practicing contortion. |
INDULGENCE Get out of your head and indulge in your body. This is where you explore your movement on a deeper level. You will be led through a series of prompts to further your connection with your body and movement in a safe supportive space. This class is open to all levels, but we highly recommend you have at least one month of pole classes under your belt. |
CLASSIC FLOORWORK Learn to slink across the floor and from pole to pole.All the spreadies, splitties, and money shots your heart could wish for. |
LOW FLOW Learn to fluidly slither, slink, and undulate around the pole and floor. This is where you learn the ooey gooey yummy stuff. EXOTIC TECHNIQUE Leg waves, body rolls, booty wiggles and so much more. Learn all the basics of exotic movement while creating beautiful lines and extensions. |
